"All in all, a good experience, a good option for Lima. Very kind and helpful personnel and well located. Still, some improvements could be made, like changing the shower head (it runs in all directions, being old and calcareous), window curtains would need a cleanup or hallways a refreshed air. Also, soundproofing is extremely poor: between the room door and the wall there is a few centimetres gap, so you can hear everything like it is indoors and the windows are not the best quality, as one can hear all traffic and honks until late. Breakfast is rather poor, same very few options every day."

"Totally shocked after 2 nights in this hotel. We checked in in evening and wanted to take a shower. But we didn’t have hot water in our room. After calling to reception service man came and told that we need to change room. Reception didn’t answer my calls. Next day after we came from sightseeing some things disappeared from our room (coffee, cookies and invitation to drinks). During check out nobody helped us to get into the car with our luggage. And we had only one slippers, one robe in our room. It’s 5 stars hotel! 😅"

"Slippers were provided, and the room facilities were quite good. There were many restaurants nearby, and it was about a 10-minute walk to the cliffside restaurant and cliffside sea view. The Inca Market was also about a 10-minute walk away. The only downside was that although there were floor-to-ceiling windows, the room didn't feel very well-ventilated."

I understand this is Latin America, but other hotels in Peru offer better service for much less. Some of the reception staff weren't very friendly. The system requiring advance reservations for the gym/pool is confusing; I've never encountered this before."

"The hotel is in a great location, next to a large Lima mall, less than 1 minute away. You can go there often. There are many convenience stores, pharmacies, etc. around. The waiters are very polite and enthusiastic. The room is also very large and comfortable. There is also a jacuzzi. It is along the street and a bit noisy, but the windows can be closed to block 95%. The soundproofing effect is very good. The only drawback is that the towels should be replaced, they are not so new."
